Oh Carolina!
Check this singer/songwriter Carolina out~ Her music is really beautiful and it was so great to create a look for her for her debut solo CD. I went with the “Country Fair in the meadows of flowers with a balloon” look for her~ you know the look. Sweet and sexy and retro and cute. A dash of June Carter and a sprinkle of Dorothy if she went through the looking glass.
